Individual Telehealth Therapy

Individual therapy is focused on the client's individual needs. Dr. Toni only uses evidence-based treatments and will work collaboratively with the client to find the therapy best suited for their needs. She typically utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I), Mindfulness based CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

Pre-Surgical Evaluations

Dr. Toni provides pre-surgical evaluations for bariatric surgery, solid organ transplant, and spinal-cord stimulator or vagal nerve stimulator procedures. These evaluations last between one to two hours with Dr. Toni via telehealth with questionnaires completed prior to the telehealth appointment. Dr. Toni will provide you with recommendations for a successful surgery prior to the end of your telehealth appointment and provide the final report directly to your surgeon.

Psychological Testing

Psychological testing is provided for clients seeking additional clarification in diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Dr. Toni offers psychological testing for a variety of mood and personality disorders as well as Autism Spectrum Disorder. This typically consists of an interview via telehealth, several questionnaires to be completed online, and a feedback session to review results and recommendations. Insurance coverage varies.

Psychoeducational Testing

Psychoeducational testing is provided to assess for ADHD, learning disabilities, and gifted testing. Please note this is not usually covered by insurance. The testing process usually consists of an interview, remote administration of several assessments, several questionnaires completed online, and a feedback session to review results and recommendations.

What to Expect During Psychological and Psychoeducational Testing:

Completion of a diagnostic interview that takes approximately 1 hour
Completion of testing over two to three approximately 3-hour sessions (can be 1- or 2-hours as needed)
Approximately 10 business days after final testing session to score testing, interpret results, and write report
Completion of a 90-minute feedback session in which test results and recommendations will be reviewed
Finalized report will be sent to you one business day after completion of the feedback session. A copy of the report can be faxed directly to the school if desired upon completion of a Release of Information form.
